Ok i need some opinions!
Im currently taking Altered State from Muscle Asylum Project , and as a Shake Muscle Milk, my breakfast substitute.
What i used to drink was a shake from GMC , it was pretty good, my hunger would go away , and now with Muscle Milk , doesnt hit the spot like the GMC shake did.
Now , my problem is the GMC shake hurts my wallet TOO MUCH! (poor wallet all bruised!! 8P)
im looking for a shake that helps out with the hunger , gives protein and fiber , and its not too expensive.
Any opinions on that.

I’d be glad to give a recommendation, but I have a few more questions for you…
- What are your goals?
- What does the rest of your diet look like?
- What does your weight training/cardio routine look like? (no need to be super specific, just how many days a week for each, and what time of day)

Lose weight till the 200 pounds , shake in the morning , regular lunch , shake before gym and a snack after gym.
i train daily (6 days a week) 45 minutes weight lifting and 25 mn cardio.
thats my routine. hehe
