I did a mixed bag of hanging ab/leg rasies, feet on ball crunches, incline bench, tricip pull downs and something I came up with….I take a e z bar and curl for bi curls then I lift it straight up……it’s something new
I took another police physical Saturday morning. My 1.5 mile run time was 10:52 I finished second in my group of 15. The cops there were most impressed that during the sit and reach test I touched the end of the ruler on the box and that I did 40 full situps in 30 seconds (I had one minute if needed)
