I’ve taken my Cell Tech as normal and no other supps. I’ve gone to McDonaldsfor a chicken salad although last night (Monday) I went for chicken nuggets and a large Coke. Monday night dinner was chicken made in the toaster oven and a salad with crutons. Sunday afternoon I got up at 5pm after sleeping the day away hit the gym to do 6 sets of curls quick before it closed. Went to work that night (Sunday) drank soda to stay awake although I had just 2 instead of more and ate….chicken nuggets that you make in the mirco, one bag of small popcorn plus the above mentioned McDonalds.
Sunday afternoon I had the chance to spar with our current national sparring champion but I slept through due to being too lazy to get up! Ehhhhhh
I haven’t been to karate but twice in about a month and a half. I gotta get off the night shift. On another note I’m signing up for school next week to continue my education using the G.I Bill
It’s been mixed results so far.
