Training 7/31/07

Got home Monday morning slept from 9 to 6. Took my NO Xplode then went to gym for 6 sets of flat bench at a cool 145lbs came home to take my Cell Tech and figure out what’s for dinner…most likely a salad and/or pasta

Training 7/31/07

I’ve taken my Cell Tech as normal and no other supps. I’ve gone to McDonaldsfor a chicken salad although last night (Monday) I went for chicken nuggets and a large Coke. Monday night dinner was chicken made in the toaster oven and a salad with crutons. Sunday afternoon I got up at 5pm after sleeping the day away hit the gym to do 6 sets of curls quick before it closed. Went to work that night (Sunday) drank soda to stay awake although I had just 2 instead of more and ate….chicken nuggets that you make in the mirco, one bag of small popcorn plus the above mentioned McDonalds.

Sunday afternoon I had the chance to spar with our current national sparring champion but I slept through due to being too lazy to get up! Ehhhhhh

I haven’t been to karate but twice in about a month and a half. I gotta get off the night shift. On another note I’m signing up for school next week to continue my education using the G.I Bill

It’s been mixed results so far.

I got up and took my cell tech at 5 pm! Slept the whole day away now I’ll most likley have chicken, pasta and/or a salad to top it off….may go to the gym…raining though….

Although I didn’t lift I did take my cell tech and nothing else. Made a salad and chicken during the day after I got up. Early Sat monring I fought off the temptation to go to McDonalds and instead made chicken at 5 a.m (working the night shift really fs you up)

Day 5 of the loading phase ended yesterday so today is the first day. I just got up. I’ve got to figure out my plan of what to eat, take and if I workout or not. I feel better being on more of a track though

Day 4 Cell Tech loading phase. I went home from work, slept, got up and took one serving then I ate a chicken salad, went to the gym came back ate another chicken salad tonight at work. Gym was 6 sets of arms…some preacher curls and hammer curls followed by abs

Day 3 of Cell Tech loading phase. I got home at 8 slept until 5! then I drank that, ate a salad, went to the gym for a 20 run on the treadmil at 6.2 speed….came home ready to work the night shift again, had a post workout protein shake with milk. I;m not sure if I’m going to take the second serving of CT because I have a feeling the sodium (140g) is keeping me wide awake…….any thoughts? advice?

Day 1 and 2

Tuesday, July 24th, 2007

Day 1 and 2 loading phase for Cell Tech Hardcore. Last night I ate 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts although I just broil them in my toaster oven for 10 min each side…I’m not sure how else to cook them. I slept after working the night shift and went to the gym around 4 doing 6 sets of chest, 3 flat bench and 3 incline then 10 minutes on the treadmill to burn some caoriles. The downside is I ate alot that night, chips, one piece of pizza and soda to stay wake…..ehhhhhh. The monring (moday) I repeated the cell tech loading and went to the gym at the same time and did 6 sets of various curls (I love to work arms!). I haven’t made it back to karate since the National Championship.

 Wow I wrote alot here! I feel pumped up!

I resisted the temptation to go to McDonalds at 1 in the morning and made a small salad instead. Early in the day I went to the local supps store to stock up on NO Xplode and the new Cell Tech Hardcore (never tried it)
