I did a mixed bag of hanging ab/leg rasies, feet on ball crunches, incline bench, tricip pull downs and something I came up with….I take a e z bar and curl for bi curls then I lift it straight up……it’s something new

After recovering from being sick
workout out in my living room in between modding the misc and subsections
I did 40, 50,60,70.80 cruches……meaning my feet were on a ez ball….or whatever you call it

Today’s training was
100 crunches with feet on E-Z ball
Knees on ball with 10lbs in each hand, shoulder press, then front raises, sides raises starting from 1 and compounded through 15
100 more crunches on e-z ball
25 pushups using small weighting med ball with my hands on the ball
Repeat balancing on ball with weights drill
Repeat e-z ball crunches dril
Repeat med ball drill

100 crunches with my feet on the ball (2 sets)
30 ab raises hanging on a pullup bar
30 crunches with one foot on the ball, switch and repeat
I sat down with my legs in a crunch position and took a weighted ball back and forth across touching the floor 30 times (counting every other time)

I took Animal Pump on an empty stomach went to the gym 30 min later for a solo workout.
30 ab raises while hanging on a pullup bar
100 abs done with my feet on a ball crunching in and out
30 more ab raises
Balance on the ball with my knees 10 lbs weights and did shoulder press then raises in front and to my sides….from 1-10
10 mintues on the treadmill before I did all of this.

I took another police physical Saturday morning. My 1.5 mile run time was 10:52 I finished second in my group of 15. The cops there were most impressed that during the sit and reach test I touched the end of the ruler on the box and that I did 40 full situps in 30 seconds (I had one minute if needed)

Yesterday night was our demo/promotion for those in our karate association who tested for 1st, 2nd and 3rd dan ranks (myself included).
Various demos were put on and I was finally awarded my 2nd Dan in Tang Soo Do!
