A week of no sleep thanks to noisy neighbours,and a week out with a knackered foot thanks to tearing the tissue around my little toe during a karate course, really aren’t helping training. But today i was back in the gym, 30 minutes cardio , 20 on the rower and 10 on the bike. felt absolutely brilliant to get back into "the zone"
more workouts here i come.

Or at least mine is. I haven’t been able to do much training the past week and i’ve been eating crap justto keep enrgy levels up while i’ve been in the library doing tonnes of work till silly times of the night. sigh. Do not do Chemistry as a course if you want to remain active, no matter how organised you are ( and believe me i am) you still end up with things not working in lab experiments and that just wrecks everything !!!!!

so, today i had an insane workout,
cycled to karate ( 2 miles )
2 hrs karate training( intense)
cycled back (2miles)
lunch 1 pm
gym( started at 1 :30)
15 min cross trainer max incline level 18/19 resistance
leg press 100kg( 20 reps),130kg(18 reps),170kg(16 reps) 230 kg(10 reps) , 130 kg ( alternate legs slow stretch 10 reps)
leg curls 55 kg x 4 12 reps each
body squats 30
press ups 3 sets 50
rowing 10 min
and now i’ve been sat in a library doing course work for 4 hours and drunk a full litre of milk and eaten 4 large cookies (oops). so i’ve kinda wasted that one. balls!

Sodding flatmate slammed into the flat at 3:30 this morning having woken me up at 11 when she slammed out. obviously wasn’t happy with her, but it wasted yesterday’s workout . It was just that point that determines how your muscle develops so this morning i woke up bulked instead of compacted. ************************. Loooooooooooooooooong cardio tomorrow.

yesterday was a good cardio and abs set, could have pushed harder but i know when to say enough’s enough. active rest day today , karate tonight and then some socialising. Tomorrow will be livinghell with a 3 hour karate practice in the morning and a gym sesh in the evening . bring it on!!

Great workout today, morningsa re the way to go for me i think, and i’m not talking 7 am. 9 :30 in the gym, it’s quiet i can get on with a workout without some random staring at me for 20 minutes or two idiots standinig about laughing their heads off at " what happened last night" . good times. seriously though, the new routine is working deffinately need to keep up the cardio at the start of all workouts

So after a year in rehab training for glandular fever and a month of potural muscle work it’s time to start in earnest. I never wanted to be big, and honestly i’m not doing badly on that front but i do need to downsize my wardrobe now that i’ve burnt off the excess. Time to start a regular tough routine. Today was the first proper ab session after a heafty leg workout. Could’ve been better but i have uni to think about too.
