So this is my reflection on my week:
Im starting to get back in my old routine, workout, school, homework, sleep and I'm loving it! But this week I have experienced something new a 'gym bitch', I don't know if you have them other places in the world but in my gym we have them - it's the skinny guy who is working out with a lot more muscular guy, i have absolutely nothing agains having a bigger workout partner, my problem is that these skinny gym bitches get the dumbbells for the bigger guy, they fill there bottles with water, clean the bench, but the plates on the rack after use, and for what? they get to work out with a bigger guy?? I just don't get it! Why not find your way of working out instead of being someones bitch?
Well let's see what have else gone down this week? zyzz is now the most inspiring person here on BodySpace? hmmm... mixed feelings about that, he is dead, of cause thats sad RIP, but my problem is that he's brother admitted to using steroids, so what I'm seeing is that steroids is more inspiring then 100% drug free.. Ofcause he had a great physique, way better then me, but in my eyes drug free is more inspiring - I might get death threats now but I take my chances.
So back to the gym - SUPERSETS! I'm starting to work in some supersets again, and man is that awesome! I just get a way way more intense pump then regular set! So thats a keeper! My arms got so blasted from supersets and drop sets that i couldn't stretch my arm fully and my whole arm, from shoulder down to my hands was pumped with blood! amazing!
This week have also been about loading creatine, and it seems to work, i don't think i have gotten bigger, but my muscles feel more explosive, like i can just burst out more sets without feeling fatigue like i use to, so i think creatine is a new keeper in my arsenal!
Then i started taking Extend intra work-out and is that awesome?!? i think so!! first of all, it's crazy how easy it mixes with water, no jitter ore anything, second it tastes great! i got the blue raspberry and i love it! my recovery time has gone down, except my legs but the rest of my body seems to recover quicker
I still take my daily shot of a mix of Udo's choice and orange juice to get my fats, still taste horrible but i know how many benefits there is from it so i take it anyways, just neck it
Then I'm using a weight gainer - ON serious mass with strawberry, mixes very well with milk and it's easy to drink, tastes just fine
last thing - my quick snack tip! you take a rice cake, get some peanut butter and some apple slices and you have a great snack! I'm eating one right now and i love it!
That's it for today, now I'm going to bed to recover for my next workout witch will be a chest work
