Jiu-Jitsu Day 1
Well, I start my cut soon, and I really need to work on my core..
so I decided to start Jiu-Jitsu yesterday. 5 hours of rolling, but evidently I’m pretty strong for my size and have good "instincts".
My reflex are pretty good however, because I practice Muay Thai here and there at this local mma gym once or twice a week when I have time.
Regardless though, Jitsu is no joke…conditioning is crazy and I’m really happy because this will definitely help with my goal of losing weight, etc.
