I lowered my calories quite a bit, and have been hitting the cardio HARD!
I’ve lost almost 4 lbs so far.
Supplements: Mitotropin, Xtend, Blueprint, Animal Omega, ON 100% Whey.
I’m feeling kind of lethargic. I had a real unmotivated day today. It’s alright though, you’ll have that. I’ll bounce back. I’m stoked on progress so far. It’s only 4lbs, but it LOOKS like more..which is fine by me. If anything my physique just looks more cut. Probably water weight. I think I need to maybe eat a little more. My energy is what is lacking.

Well, I start my cut soon, and I really need to work on my core..
so I decided to start Jiu-Jitsu yesterday. 5 hours of rolling, but evidently I’m pretty strong for my size and have good "instincts".
My reflex are pretty good however, because I practice Muay Thai here and there at this local mma gym once or twice a week when I have time.
Regardless though, Jitsu is no joke…conditioning is crazy and I’m really happy because this will definitely help with my goal of losing weight, etc.
