Awesome Product!
Last week I received a pair of Tommy Kono Knee Bands which I ordered from the Super Store on this Site.
These are a pair of heavy weight neoprene sleeves/cuffs that slide up over your knees joints, these are not the variety that are available at your local Pharmacy they are twice as thick and provide excellant support but more importantly for me warmth.
I put them on before heading to the gym on leg day and by the time I get there the heat has already started to kick in my kness have never fealt better just like their claims my knees are warmed up and feeling well lubricated for leg training they are excellant at trapping the heat the entire area around your knee literally sweats. And the snug gentle compression gives a good warm solid secure feeling to the joint.
These were invented by Tommy Kono arguably one of the Greatest Olympic Lifters in History, I have several videos on my page of one of his seminars as well as a brief write up next to the vids to give some history.
I highly reccomend this product, I am thouroughly impressed the first time I put them on I initially thought they were a little snug and wandered if they would be uncomfortable to train in, I was pleasantly surprised as they warmed up they felt like they became part of me and nevr noticed I had them on. At this point I have only used them on two Leg Training sessions but I’m looking forward to even more. I have included the link to the page at the store for them.
