The Return!
Just got back from the gym, had a few sniffles this morning but after 5 days of fighting a cold felt at least 97% better. Workout went well definately boosted my mood to be back I have been training for so long its part of who I am. felt so good actually I over looked a few gym aggravations and even chuckled to myself but Gym Aggravations are a story unto themselves and are for another post dedicated soley to them.

I’ve been there. Sometimes being ill gives you that mental break too. I’ve experienced decent lifts after being out for about a week. Glad to see your are back.

Glad to hear you are back and moving. I agree with the post of fitforty, I have had that happen to me and when I return I feel a lot better. Sometimes is good to take a week off a few times a year, even if it is an unplanned one.

I usually take a small break every 8 to 10 weeks and a full week off during the summer. But this was a unplanned one because of a cold so not so enjoyable.
