November 27, 2006Today went pretty good, started the workout with flat bench presses with 4 sets of 4-6 reps, then onto incline presses 4 sets of 4-6 reps, then to flyes 4 sets of 10,6,6,5 reps with the 50’s, finally 3 sets of cable crossovers. i finished the workout with abs and called it a day. i put down a serving of cell-tech hardcore immediately, and a serving of nitro-tech hardcore 20 min later.
