PUSH THAT ****!
I’ve noticed that my level of happiness seems to correspond with my weight. The less I weigh, the happier I am. Today, I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 129.63…and was thrilled. Apparently, being sick off my ass for 6 days took 8 pounds off me.
I went through today absolutely euphorically. I looked at myself in the gym….and wow. I’ve decided to not go back into the 130’s, but dammit, do whatever I can to stay at 129 and below!
My birthday goal of 125 is within reach….I CAN DO IT!
No more carbs, no more fats, just protein protein protein!

Awwww lol i had the same problem until my mom came up to me and said its unhealthy for my mentality to weigh my self more then 2 times a week so thats what i did i weighed my self once a week and i would be extremely motivated and happy for the whole week by doing that i improved my weight loss and its a chain reaction week after week
