Muscle Presentation and Filling Out.

May 28, 2008

Comment from SNBF Judge:

I thought you had a good frame to begin with.  In my opinion you will
need to fill it out, but you have a good foundation to work with.  You
should also work on your stage presentation.  I thought your body
looked dry on stage.  You could have used a little more sheen.  Also,
your posing didn’t present you well.  I feel you should get some help
with your posing so you can present yourself better.  Those were the
main things I noticed.

Now I know what to work on in addition to improving everything else.  But I wonder how I would work on my stage presentation.  Any advice would be great, and then there is always bodybuilding .com so yeah time for research. As far as filling out, well time for a bulk, however, I’ve noticed that I like the Contest prep diet more than the bulking diet. LOL I could be on a contest diet anytime, bulking diet that is something different. It’s funny I can diet but i can’t eat…. oxymoron.

SO…new years coming and I am think about competing

December 26, 2007

SO pretty much since joining this website I have always liked working out but this new year I have decided to try to compete which will be the frist time. So with that being said, I am off to begin my…ummm…cut/condtitioning…really nervous…I hope I get everything right…but making mistakes is what life is about so hopefully my mistakes won’t hinder my goal.  ANd who knows my next pictures will be of me all tanned up ready to step on stage…  btw If you can check out my pics of the mandatory poses and tell me what i need to work on…lol wether it is nothing or everything…my ears(or should I say eyes as I will be reading your comments) will be wide open. So i am ready…just nervous…but ready all the same

bulking and random

November 10, 2007

Just wanted to write something about my progess with my 1st ever bulk. LOL i think everything is going okay…could be better some of my meals have been supplemented with fast food but toherwise can’t complain.  The loss of my six-pack was very dishearting, but that’s what happens.  Sitting at about 201 lbs…really wanna put more mass on eveything but in particular my chest, traps and arms.  Feedback is greatly needed and appreaciated!!!  other than that a random thoughts:

How did Noah fit sea creatures on the Ark?

is this even possible?

July 30, 2007

So I am researching how much protein i should consume on a dialy basis to make good gains and also to maintain…so i go to bb.com and they have a calculator that tells you how much a person my weight should consume in protein…well  one stays i should consume 191 grams seeing as i am 191 pounds…while another one says I should consume 344 grams  (this is the bodybuilder average) so  I was doing the math for both numbers setting them against me eating 6 meals a day and 8 meals a day  here r the number

191g /6 meals = 31.83g per meal

191g/8 meals = 23.875g per meal

344g/ 6meals =57.3g per meal

344g/ 8 meals = 43g per meal

So i was wondering if anyone does this on a regular basis…maybe you can help me or atleast give me some adivce s to how the hell i would be able to consume this much protein in a day?

Welcome!
