Leg day, oh no !
I’m not a fan of leg day. I know I need it. My legs have gotten a lot stronger since January 09. My knees are the big beneficiary of this also. 95% of the time my knees feel great. I can’t wait to go play Basketball to try out my new wheels. The last time I played basketball I weighed 365 lbs.

Good goin man. I’m sure your cardiovascular performance has increased 1000% since 365lbs.

Good thing you still worked out your legs. Legs exercises aren’t my favourite, too. But I still do the workouts because I don’t want to have this ostrich look with thin legs and a big upper body. You definitely do the right thing when you work out your full body without excluding important muscle groups.
