It’s about 2 months out from my next competition and I have a great feeling about this one. It’s my second time around so I know what will work for me. I started the competition diet the beginning of last week and I already notice my body changing. My arms have gained some size and now time to slowly chisel em down. After alternating my leg work out each week I have seen an increase in size. But anyway, I could go on about how my body had changed since my last contest.. or even having my son, but we don’t have all day. lol. I am mainly typing this blog to ask anyone with figure/bodybuilding show knowledge of any tips I should keep in mind that I may have not picked up on. I am debating in my mind about crossing over to woman’s bodybuilding next year.. what are you thoughts? Also if there is anyone who has any advice at all I welcome it with open ears! Thank you
Naturally yours,
Terrah

So I am 3 weeks out from my very first figure contest!! I have a bit more posing practice to do, but I feel I am soo ready. I watched the Mr. Cincinnati in Middletown last Saturday, just sitting watching made me wanna jump up on that stage and do it! I am so very excited for May 9th! Got the shoes. suit is almost finished, got the tanning and hotel all in line and my diet is going strong! The only thing I have been struggling with is water intake… even dragging around a gallon jug all day I still forget. Ugh, well hope everyone can make it to the Mike Francois this May 9th! It’s gonna be a blast.. I will def. give feedback afterwards abou tmy experiance!
toodles!

I have gotten to a point now after my pregnancy that I am almost close to getting into shape. But I have realized how picky i am.. but I see this as a good thing. To the average person they’d say I look fine. I would disagree. I feel that you can always keep improving yourself. Is there a limit? Not that I have seen… I want to add some more muscle mass to my body in places like my arms, legs, abs, back. But there is also the task trying to loose unneeded fat while I’m at it. I want to gain nice symmetry, the kind that would make those do a double take. It’s my strive for perfection that will have me always analyzing my body, changing my diet, increasing the weight. It’s a never ending battle and I’d have to say… I LOVE IT!!

So after getting intensely motivated by my goals and the wonderful people on here… the determination to train hard has some-what taken me over. What I mean to say is, you know the whole ‘rest’ part? Well, I am finding it hard to do. Today is Saturday and its my one rest day in my training, but I am sooo tempted to pump some serious iron or run or something! I am trying to fight the urge… mentally it bugs me. I dunno what to do to get my mind off of it. Becoming unemployed worsens the deal, because that gives me time to obsess. But is that okay? Maybe that will get me better results, faster… but then again i guess there is a difference between training hard and training smart. It’s kind of a win-win, but we will see how my mind and body battles it out!

I am in the midst of my HYDROXYCUT MAX! transformation and feel that i am making slight progress. I have yet to weigh myself. I think I will tomorrow morning. I notice something tho. I have a good amount of muscle and the hydroxycut advertising models have a much slimmer look. I have thought about upping my cardio and alture my workouts so I can get a leaner look. Or maybe I should stick to what i am doing and make a new look for the company… but I don;t see that working as well. So more progress pics willbe posted tomorrow, I can’t wait!!!

So this is my first time doin a bodyblog! Main reason why I activated it is to keep updates on my progress in my transformation for bettering my body, my life. (well, and also the Hydroxycut Max! Tranformation Contest)
This contest is gonna be a thrill for sure. I love working out. It’s my number on stress reliever.. other than sleeping I’d say. Cuz who doesn’t love to sleep!? But this will be a bit of a challenge, losing the fat, as compared to before I was prego. i can already tell the weight is much harder to burn off. But with my passion in fitness and nutrition I know I will be motivated enough to pull through this. The grand prize would be a dream come true for me as an aspiring fitness model and single mommy. To get the feeling of being in a real live photo shoot… wow
. I ordered my Hydroxycut Max! and I sooo antsy about getting it in. I will keep updates on how it’s all goin soon!
