					<description>I know what you mean. My favorite exercises are Cleans and Squats. No body does cleans... EVER. And squats I see more and more but they always seem to be the same day i need a power rack or a rack.

					<description>Well I plan to use the 1 arm row, to target the left side, by doing a few extra sets after I have finished performing the exercises that use both sides. I'll let you know if it works.</description>

					<description>I'm with you on looks, but depending on family backround have alot to do with build.  I'm the tallest in my family and the leans.  At 18 I was 135 lbs and now at 35 am a 160.  I have tried to gain more and continue to this day.</description>
