			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I, like most of you, cheated my ass off yesterday while enjoying the company of my friends and family.&nbsp; As a result, I feel like shit today; I realize that one day won&#8217;t kill my diet, it&#8217;s the mindset in which I currently am that is REALLY bothering me.&nbsp; Currently I feel like my &quot;old&quot; self, which is NOT a positive mindset that is, in any way, conducive to my current goals.&nbsp; I am praying that I snap out of it SOON as if I stay like this it will not be a good thing.</p>
