I ate WAAAAAAAY too much yesterday but I think my crazy brain finally allowed me to give myself a cheat meal and be okay with it. Right now I am not struggling with myself or hating on myself like I usually do…and I am ready to go and do work….
Let’s hope that I can stick to it….so please pray for me….

I, like most of you, cheated my ass off yesterday while enjoying the company of my friends and family. As a result, I feel like shit today; I realize that one day won’t kill my diet, it’s the mindset in which I currently am that is REALLY bothering me. Currently I feel like my "old" self, which is NOT a positive mindset that is, in any way, conducive to my current goals. I am praying that I snap out of it SOON as if I stay like this it will not be a good thing.
Need to hit the gym, hope that it helps!

Wow for some reason I find myself needing a little motivation right now…which is odd as the resent for my image I see daily and my lack of control over myself is usually enough! Maybe it’s this time of year and all of the additional strains on my daily schedule (I pray that it is!)…
If anyone has any kicks to my ass I’d appreciate it.

I gained 2 pounds…I know that this may seem trivial to some but I am SO FREAKING HAPPY!
