Optimum protein so far…
I recently ordered optimum whey protein to replace some lame protein I was getting before. I have only had it two days but I would like to point out some great aspects so far. First, the price is great, I have four shakes a day and a 5 pounder will last me about three weeks for only $50 counting shipping. Second, it has around ten different flavors to choose from. I chose the strawberry. Also, the taste, it is just enough to keep you free from boredom, taste great but its not too weak and not too strong. I had some muscle tech strawberry for six days to get by until my optimum shipped and it was way too rich in strawberry. I might as well have blended strawberry whoppers into a cup of milk, tasted great but not everyday for four times a day.
