P90X Chest & Back 12/13/2008
The first workout you do with P90X is chest and back where you do mostly push-ups and pull-ups. I was very skeptical because I was use to working chest by doing bench press and flys but I got to tell you after the first workout I was worked, fatigued and the next couple of days I was sore. This is my second week doing chest and back, and I got to tell you it is a tough workout you definitely know why it is called a extreme.
