Cardio.. Humm.. THAT SUCKS. What about MMA?
For me cardio is something I have to do. I have a body type that hangs onto everything so I turn I have to work off the extra LBs. In the past I would train and run triathlons which is OK but I am looking for something new. I am thinking about kick boxing or some type of MMA. It seems to be a great workout but I am looking for feed back. Has anyone out there tried it? And if so did you like it and why?

I’m a known Cardio Avoider….. lol I have always said….. If you get big enough…you dont have to run!
MMA is cool…. it will help get you in shape…and you look cool doing it! Good luck!
