Food is my Down Fall!
Well, I am knee deep in this. Everything is going great. I have decided that the true challenge is the eating. Workout is fun and there is a sense of accomplishment when done but eating is something I think about non-stop. I don’t know if I am eating the right thing at the right time. If anyone has any advice please share.

There are so mnay articles on BB.com you can find all your daily requirements with regards to meals depending on what your goals are - thats how I learnt quite a bit. Start reading and enjoy!
