PT SWAT Style
On Wednesday had SWAT training we always do some form of PT sometimes we play football or basketball. On this day changed it up with good result. We played tornado which is a basketball game but if someone got out that person had to do some type of bodyweight exercise until everyone else was out which could up to 5 minutes, for example: bear crawls, run stairs then push-ups, superman, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, run sprints or etc. This was great fun and a ton of work. We pushed it hard leaving nothing behind for over an hour.
