Seeing Big Changes
I have cut way back on the triathlon training due to huge loss in strength. I was training for my yearly firefighter PT test when I noticed my bench went from 225lb to 185lb. I was floored the crazy thing is I lost that strength fast. I am still running but I have been working hard to gain the muscle back and get strong and it has really paid off. Now, I need to work on my eating plan cause I am fat. Before when I was triathlon training I could eat anything and I wouldn’t gain weight but not now. Recently, I have noticed my body fat percentage go down. I goal now is to get strong then cut. I need to lose about 20 lb of fat. I wish there was a something out there that could give me that little extra push, humm. Anyway, Roper Out!!

I also run a lot, and I am finding the same thing. I’ve been feel very weak lately the more I weight train. Its hard to find a balance between the two. Good luck w/ everything. I’m also working on making my diet cleaner : )
