All Back
Friday, November 16th, 2007Yesterday was all about back. I had a great workout, no chit-chat just working the iron. I started with the dumbbell rows which really make me burn than worked my way over to the T-bar. From there I worked the lat pull down. This is something I have really been working hard and pushing a lot of weight. I really like it when my lats burn the next day. I then went to and worked the lower back and abds. I like to work those together because they are pulling against each other.
Yesterday night I went for a 30 min run through the hills. This is a great way to keep my body burning. This very important to help me reach my goal of 10% BF.
