This was the case today. I started at the gym pushing iron but got called out mid-workout. Lucky a lot of my workout was conditioning type exercises so after the call headed back to the station to cranked out the bodyweight squats. Man, those things kick my butt.
Warm Up:

Conditioning:
Lateral Lunge Touchdown and Thrust … Alternating

Walking Lunge Touchdown and Thrust
Walking Lunge Touchdown
Pushup — Feet Elevated
Bridging
Wide Pushup — Feet Elevated
Recovery:
Spinal Twist
Neural Mobility
Standing Elbow Flexion-Extension
Great workout and very flexible.
