Hey real good site. I like the pages where people fill out everything. Good job! I used to have those issues of talking myself out of a visit to the gym. I have since found a huge amount of things to fuel my workouts. I use UFC alot on chest Thursdays. I want to feel good about my morning workout before I sit down and watch some serious atheletes all out brawl…I think "what would they say if they were here right now". I also use the fact that we are among an elite group that have that edge to keep on doing this. I also use teh next time I am going to see someone I haven’t seen in a long time and how cool it would be if they noticed a difference in me.
