Ever since actively working at losing weight, I have always incorporated weekend cheats into my diet...nothing major, but enough so that when hubby and I get invited to weekend outings, dinners, BBQ's etc. I can enjoy without depriving myself. How do you find not having a cheat meal on weekends? How do you feel on your carb rotations? I've always wanted to give it a try but I've heard and read so many negative things about it that I'm not sure I want to do it.
