So this week is going really well for me.  Ive been doing really well with what i eat and have done two great workouts so far.  Tonight will be the third and i am really looking forward to it.  Im doing back and biceps tonight and i have to admit back is another one of my favorites to do.  So far in my progress i have only lost a few pounds and i already feel better and "lighter" if you actually can tell that…. i guess what im saying is, i feel great and im really looking to tonights lift.  Hope everyone is doing well and keep up the good work!!

Hey everyone im really excited to get started!  I have just started really working out and eating right to look and feel better and I am pumped to get back in shape.  I am still new to bodyspace and actually was cautious to join at first but now i am glad that i did.  I am looking forward to hear from anyone who has advise and encouragement.  I really want to drop some weight and get a hard body.  I dont think that i will ever really want to compete but who knows what will happen.  I never thought a dumb jock would ever become a High School teacher haha….
