whats new
March 5, 2007ok ive never really written a "blog" before so i figure ill just say whats new with my training so origanlly i would be doing contest prep but about 3 weeks ago while doing hack squats i herd a pop in my right knee, turns out it was my LCL luckily nothing was torn but that and my miniscus is swollen so as of now i cant even train my legs for the rest of march its kinda a drag but now i have to theraphy for my knee which is helping its just boring… so once it gets back to normal i plan to slowly start training my legs again and gradualy get back to my normal leg training style, other than that ive been experimenting with some high volume training yet still trying to keep the weight heavy enough to where i can peform good controled reps im defantly likeing it just kinda higher reps with same amount of weight im confortable with and that is about all i can think of for now, catch ya later
