Here’s some good food i like to throw together. great for lazy cooks and clean diets!
Protein Pudding:
This is a very simple recipe.
ingredients:
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
mix together and your done. double this one accordingly for larger individuals. serves one.
Tuna & Bean Slop
an easy meal for travel in tupperware!
ingredients:
1 6oz can tuna
1 140z can white kidney beans
1 cup brown rice or bulgur
salsa
pepper
Mix it all together, add as much salsa as desired and you done. I split this one into two servings for myslef, but again, make servings according to your own weight and dietary needs.

Hmmm. Very nice. I’m going to have to give those a try. I’m glad I’m not the only one who ads salsa in with tuna though! I got a few funny looks this week at the trainers meeting. I guess it hasn’t caught on as much as I thought it would. HAHA. I’ll give these a try. Good write up
