It’s been almost a week straight of pure dedication of my diet and training. I’m finally at that point where I felt like I slacked around too much. I’m a non consistent gym and diet person. It was always hard for me to do it for more then two weeks. I think I found the root of this problem. I have ADHD. Since I’ve been on my med, I don’t crave bad food and I’ve been really motivated about the gym.
I used to go to the gym and not get the real effect. My mind would wonder constantly, I couldn’t do anything without thinking about something. That’s a hard thing to go through if your trying to "clear your mind and relieve stress".
Hopefully I found my "magic pill". It just turns out that this is something that I do need. If I become inconsistent, again. Well, it’s just been me all along.

My honey and I were watching this, this morning. It was talking about how diet fads have been around since the 1890’s. It’s amazing.. . people want to loose weight, but they don’t want to work out or eat right. It’s pretty much saying that, "we’re too lazy to try" and that "I don’t want to change my life for a better and healthier life".
I really wish that people knew that if you stopped drinking sodas, stop eating fried chicken, replace your butter with a 0 cal. butter or even try the Smart Balance butter if you truly are that weak to have "butter". It’s the same thing as mayo’s.. . think about it. If you’re dipping your fries or battered chicken strips into a "creamy chicken dipping sauce"(which we all know has mayo in it).. . YOU ARE EATING DEEP FRIED STARCHY FAT ON TOP OF FAT!!!
Oh, I also had a dream last night that I was eating a s’ketti po boy.. .

This has really shown me how stupid people are. Watching the preview’s for that show makes me so angry. Really, how to look good naked? Easy, put down the damn oreo’s and get your ass into the gym. No woman is going to feel like crap when their wearing new clothes and you have someone screaming, "you’re sexy" in your ear.
It’s common sense. That’s what women do. They shop to make them feel good and when they get home, there is buyer’s regret!!! Because really, it doesn’t matter if you think you look good naked if you keep obsessing over others judgement.
STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID PEOPLE .. . stupid

Helen.. .
That was the work out that I completed before in 17 minutes and blah blah seconds from Crossfit. After taking five days off, drinking cantaloupe martinis, and jet lag in the combination. I gained the weight I worked my butt off for. Thankfully, I’m losing that weight again. I’m now including an interval and ab work out(like I should have). My honey’s mom bought us this amazing food scale. It’s awesome because it measures by grams. Grams of protein, grams of carb, grams of fat. Since we’re trying the Zone Diet, the scale is amazing.

I’ve been in this funk for the past two months. I stopped taking fat burners and protein powder. I lost five pounds, but that’s probably muscle. However, my husband has been nothing but support. As the days pass, I find myself wanting to be more like him. He has this drive inside of him that tells him to push harder, and to run faster. He truly inspires me. He finds workouts to help me become motivated. I’m eating a lot better since I’m not working out, but now it’s time to incorporate that with a cross training work out. For my husband is a wise man, and I know what I must do. School is over, but the testing will begin. I’m crossing my fingers to get my license in February, the latest.

As Peggy Hill would say in the infamous cartoon, King of the Hill. I’m back on solid foods and I feel better about that. I don’t crave bad foods as much as I used to. I guess it’s from drinking protein shakes. I think I’m just happy that I can actually eat now!!!
My loving husband bought me some natural vitamins that is targeted to those how have thyroid problems. I don’t know if it’s working, I’m still tired. We also found out that certain foods can lower your thyroid. I don’t know if me staying away from those foods are working either. But I look thinner ^_^
I’ll need to post a new picture this week. I also wanted to thank everyone who has helped me with encouraging posts. I think Bodyspace is the best place to keep motivated. Everyone has been great.
