First workout w/ a personal trainer
Well, fist of all, sorry for my english from now on. I’ve learned almost by myself and my grammar sucks
Last Monday I had my first workout with a personal trainer. Today is Thursday and I’m still sore!!! I never had such an intense training before. We did legs, specially quads and yesterday I could barely walk. Today is still sore but getting better. Was I training too soft before or did he push me beyond my limits? Is it ok to be sore like this?
I have a new workout with him today. Let’s see what he says about it.

OH ya! Its ok for that.. in fact, most ppl end up loving the soreness you get from a brutal work out! Legs are the worst and last the longest though!!
You look great already, but good look in reaching ur goals!!
