January 22, 2009Well, I’ve decided to give this blog a go and see if it can help with getting preped for competition mode. If anyone has great advice that I must know for a newbie figure competitor please do not hesitate in letting me know! I’m open to suggestions and questions as well. This month I’ve been trying to work out my workout schedule and my diet, to figure out what I will stick with and also what will work best for my body.
Now supplementing is something I must become fimilar to, because I haven’t been using much of anything just a good old OneADay Women’s and B12, Zinc, and Iron. Protein powder has been boring natural 96% Whey (no flavour). So if anyone has great advice in this department, also very helpful!
