So I have reached a plateau and I have lost my motivation. HELP ME! I really want this but can’t get back into the swing of things. I am trying to think of things that will get me back on track and motivate me. I like change and I love a challenge. My gym membership is up for renewal in September and I have already considered cancelling my membership in the hope to find a new gym to work out but my fear is that I will never go back. Any suggestions, tips??? All are welcomed looking forward to hearing from you.
