I went a bodybuilding comp last week in Evensville In. It gave me a whole new and refreshed motivation. Expect me to get bigger than ever. That is after I get done with the up coming contest

It’s really great to watch you grow and improve. Your hard work is really showing as you continue to mass up and keep the bf steady. Sounds like your commitment to serious bodybuilding is growing stronger just like your body is. Great. If you love it you can reach bodybuiilding greatness. Your foundation is excellent.

Thanks Ironwill, I plan on trying to keep my bf under check, as I grow. I don’t want to cut until next spring, so its on to getting bigger for now. I appreciate your compliments, train hard buddy
