Testing 1-2-3

Getting started again is so hard…. But I have prepared myself well enough I think.   Iv read all the books,  Iv watched most video’s,   Iv looked at everyone else’s ‘ transformations ‘ … and Iv been at the gym for 6 weeks now.     I admit, I havnt done the cardio.    I guess this is why I havnt seen much change.   Im ready to change the routine… to stop pussy footin around and make some serious changes.. something I can see & feel.     Will write more when I have more to write.     cya
