Getting Married in 3 days not sure what to expect very nervous right now just want things to go well. Got a call about a half an hour ago telling me that my suite we are supposed to stay in the wedding night was double booked and the other people booked it first, which would have been before oct of last year; hard to believe. Now I gotta put on the game face and haggle with these people (who I now relate to gypsy’s). I hope this is the worst thing that happens and anyone who has any advice or experience of this situation feel free to comment.

Anyone have any insite into getting rid of this a little quicker. I have tried damn near every supp on the market claiming to reduce it. The only thing that I have found is a good soak in a hot tub or a little cardio to get the blood pumping. If anyone has found anything legal that actually works I would appreciate the heads up.

What can I say about cardio? It just sucks. I’m not sure what worse being fat and having to do hours of cardio a week to loose weight or to be small and the only way you grow is to forgo the cardio and eat eat eat. My little brother is that latter. He will eat 6-7,000 calories a day and barely maintain his weight. If he does any kind of cardio forget it he burns muscle. I like food but I like my muscle better so I guess I’ll stick with the cardio and strict diet (as if I had a choice) and just keep making fun of him for being 200lbs.

I’m a firm believer that no one wakes up in a bad mood (unless you’re really hungover). Why do people you interact with always seem to erode this mood during the day? I work for a large company. Not complaining about my job because I am thankful to have one in this day and age. What I am complaining about is the people who work for this large company that consistently seem to make my life harder in order to seem important. If you are one of these people and you probably don’t know if you are because your head is so far up your *** I just want to thank you. Today, because of you, I had a great chest workout. You may think that you ruined my day and maybe that is the point because you’re miserable and it helps you feel good about yourself but sorry to disappoint. Instead of getting a rise out of me I save that feeling and when I’m struggling because I’m tired and don’t know if I can get that extra rep or do that extra set it kicks in. Most of you out there I’m sure can relate so I just want to thank the a**holes. Sometimes you are the catalyst to a better workout and at the end of the day a good workout can alter anyone’s mood. For anyone who will actually read this sorry for the rant just what’s on my mind.
