As of today, my bulking cycle couldnt be going better. I tweaked my lower back on Tuesday doing legs, but skipping back day and resting it will solve that. I have added about 12 lbs of significant weight, with only a very small fat gain. Seems my cycle of Methyl 1-D, and Methyl Masterdrol works as advertised. I hate eating this much though, I really have to force it at times. This cycle will be over on Sept 7th, and Im anxious to see how much of my gains I retain when Im not on the pro-hormones. My strength gains have been unreal, and most days I dont want to leave the gym! Overall an excellent cycle.

Tomorrow starts my first significant bulk up in a very long time. Im begining a cycle of Methyl 1-D and Methyl Masterdrol stacked. My diet will be significantly increased also. Im looking to add 15 quality pounds. Im also going to try my best to keep my abs that Ive worked so hard for. Im currently at 220lbs. The added weight will put me at 235 or so. Here goes!

Had a weird week in the gym. After a week off for overtraining, I was back at it. Strength was still there for the most part, but tried a new supplement, which didnt work out. I tried White Flood by Controlled Labs. I had been using NO Explode by BSN, and noticed you tend to build up a quick tolerance to it. Well, White Flood is everything they advertise it to be. Got a nice pump, could definetly feel it working. However noticed a "speed" feeling like you get when you take NoDoz. Hate that feeling, so I discontinued it. Great thing about Bodybuilding.com is that there are plenty of people to offer good advice. So what I ended up doing was going back to NO Explode, and adding just a quarter scoop of White Flood to that as a stack. Used it Friday and today and have to say that seems to have done the trick. I also finished a cycle of Formadrol by LG Sciences, and am ready to go back on a cycle of Methyl-Materdrol. At age 43, I find I do need a test booster, and I got great resulsts my last cycle. Looking forward to a strong week next week in the gym.

Well my week off is over (it really lasted only 5 days) Tomorrow Im getting my ass back in the gym. I did need a week off, but it seemed like the longest week of my life! Gonna change up my routine a bit, it was getting stale. But the good news is, I didnt cheat all week. My weight is back to normal, and havent added any measurable fat. All in all a good week off, and Im ready to get back to work.

I never realized how important time away from the gym is. Im taking this entire week off, because I really feel I am over-training. My weight is like a roller coaster lately, I change nothing, and I gain 5 lbs. I change nothing and I lose 5 lbs. So time to take a week away, and start fresh. A few nagging minor injuries will get a week to heal up also.

The last two years of my life have been a true test. I was diagnosed with a debiltating bone disorder. In that time I was treated for the disorder, even though there is no cure, but there are some treatments that work. What I decided to do was treat myself the best way I know how, and re-dedicated myself to being as physically fit as possible. Ive always loved weight training, and credit my hard work and effort with regaining my health. I never make an excuse, and I get my ass up and go to the gym 6 days a week. Having a focus and a plan has made my life so much better than just two short years ago.
