A great pre-exhaust exercise for hams…
Tuesday, November 24th, 2009I love these! It’s a great warm-up or a pre-exhaust exercise before you hit your hams. I start with 2 legs and then do single leg (couple sets of 20). Make sure to squeeze and really feel the burn. If these are new to you and you feel out of balance, def’ do it with 2 legs. ![]()
