2008 Arnold
Ok– so here we are into 2008 with our Christmas bellies and larger hips for the New Year! LOL..Oh, maybe I am only speaking for myself! I was recently informed that I will be working the Bodybuilding.com booth again at the Arnold 2008. Time to get my butt in gear! So, in prep…I am embarking on my "post-holiday" regime to lose a few extra lbs of bodyfat that decided to make my thighs it’s new home. UGH….

LOL I think we’re all in the same boat minus workin bb booth at the arnold. LOL Good luck withall your goals this year may you achieve each and every one of them.

lol…yeppers– I am hatin life right now. "Chicken and greens" dont taste nearly as good when you’ve been noshing on sugar cookies and holiday fare! I normally exercise more self control…but I have had some stressful times in the last few months and abused the holiday eatin immensely!
