THANK YOU Jamie Eason for the facebook comments!!

Ok i am starting this blog with sore arms!! Thanks to my husband and the major push he gave me today!!
I have not been on weighed myself ate correct or worked out for a week. Yes i know this sounds so horrible BUT my son daughter and grandson were home for the first time in over a year and it was the first time my family got to see our 4 month old grandson! My son jumps with the 82nd airborne military division and finally got back to the states from Iraq in Dec. and now we will not get to see them again until Dec. it will prove to be a very long wait! Anyway i spent every second of my time with them and still dont think i got enough time. They are now back in NC!
So today was my first day back and it was a amazing workout!! I will weigh myself tomorrow and update my stats! As u have read prior i have a major issue with the scale and i have depressed with the results until i read a couple posts on my facebook from Jamie Eason yesterday! I can not tell you how motivating and amazing she is! Just when i was feeling a little whipped out of the blue she posts the two posts i have copied and pasted below. I will read these daily for the next few weeks Thank you Jamie for not being like every other fitness trainer and motivater i have seen for years! she is amazing and i know i can do this because of her!!

POSTS ON FACEBOOK FROM JAMIE EASON

Just to reiiterate, if you are doing the LiveFit trainer, the goal by the midway point is to practically weigh the same as when you started but have your clothes start fitting better/looser. If that's the case by week 7, then you are right on track! It will mean that you are gaining muscle while starting to reduce body fat. In the second half of the trainer, you'll start losing more body fat if you stick with it and stay consistent.

AND

For people that have followed the LiveFit trainer, can you PLEASE help me emphasize to people how important the NO CARDIO portion of the trainer is to your overall outcome? I know it sounds contrary to what you've seen and learned through the years but if you are eating clean and only the foods that I have on the approved food list in the proper proportions, you will only be getting adequate energy to grow muscle, not to gain body fat. Doing cardio from the onset will only prevent you from gaining muscle and tone.

Week one Down and I LOVE THIS!

week one down

Where to start UMMM ok I will start with THANK YOU! I have been fighting weight for years now, trying every diet known to man and finally settling with 800 cal and workout that would burn 800 cal, two different drs advised me that that would work! They said it had to work so in the last 2 years I have been pushing through the roller coaster ride and have continued to gain the entire time. Just as an idea of how bad it has gotten (like the pics aren’t enough to explain) I am the mother of 4 sons my baby is 14 when I was pregnant with him I gained 50lbs the heaviest I have ever been in my life weighing in at 174 lbs I was not a happy camper and when he was born for the first year it was tough to lose weight but I did and I was the fittest I had ever been around the time he was 2, I had built muscle and lost weight, weighing in at 129lbs. As the years have passed and multiple surgeries 2 knee one shoulder wrist and a hysterectomy I started gaining weight I was devastated at 145 lbs then it was 150 when it hit 162 I got on the HGC diet and lost weight which put me at like 147 that was a year and a half ago. When I got off that diet I started gaining it all back plus more I then went and seen a thyroid Dr. who said my thyroid was off so they started upping my meds to get it normal but all the time I gained when they finally got me “NORMAL” the dr had added blood pressure pills and iron pills along with other stuff and I was still gaining that is when they advised me to work out and do not eat more than 800 cal again and if I wanted get on the HGC again talk about frustrated I hit my top weight on Jan 2 and I had gained so much weight I was devastated yes I weighed in at 192 lbs. My sons and my husband lift weights and after searching the net he found this program online and said I should try it. That I should enter to win the big prize. I wanted to but had NO faith in anything working by this time but I woke up one day and said enough I stopped taking the thyroid meds blood pressure meds (never had a problem with my blood pressure prior to the Thyroid meds) I have watched it and my blood pressure is good. I ordered supplements from your wonderful sight and I love them I started hitting it hard took pictures which I later decided not to use they were so bad and I had not taken them with a paper so they did not count as far as I was concerned. For Years I have not let my husband see me without clothes on I get mad when he comes in the bathroom while I am in the tub I use to be so free now I hate what I have become and I won’t even look at myself in the mirror without clothes on so the prior picture is a tuff one for me! ! After the first week (which does not count for the challenge) I had lost 9.2 lbs and weight has always been a huge thing with me I would weigh myself without clothes in the am after the bathroom after my am workout and at night after my pm workout. I wrote it all down and now I see how unhealthy that has been BUT finally I was losing weight it was then that my husband brought up the competition again I was scared but I snuck in and took pictures of myself with a paper. I when I got a chance to see the pictures I sat down and cried. I was so horrible, if you look at the pictures you see how the 63 lbs gained had ruined my body. I was seeing it for sure for the first time in forever. I then uploaded the picks and a week ago started the challenge! Yes Friday 1/13/12 morning I hit it hard only to be down in bed sick Sat. 14th Sunday 15 and Monday 16, which was so depressing BUT Tuesday I was back at it and in this last week even though the scale has not been kind I feel a difference in the way my clothes fit I can see a difference in the mirror I have had people tell me they can tell I am losing weight and I laugh because I am not but I do see a change. So as I started this long drawn out vent or confession of how I got were I am and how for the first time in years I feel like I will make it I will get ME back I will end it with THANK YOU the supplements are awesome the support and the workouts are amazing I feel I am on the road to a thinner healthier stronger me! Oh and Updated pictures of week one to follow!
