allright first time maxing out on bench was to day i put up 190 after doing 3 sets of 3 with 175 60 pounds to go before 2 a days wish me luck

You’ll make it, kid. Push yourself, but listen to your body, too. Young guys like you can get injured, too, if you’re too cocky and lift with your ego.
Again, I’m impressed that your setting goals for yourself, seeking encouragement and advise–that’s puts you older/wiser than 17 in my books, son.
