					<description>They also make special scales that I believe shoot an electrical pulse through your body to figure out muscle, water and fat %'s. They are suppose to be more accurate than calipers but are much more expensive. Keep up the good work, with some hard work we can both make it to 200 lbs :)</description>

					<description>If you go to a gym, ask if they can do your body fat measurement...most will do it for free...also, there are inexpensive ways to do it yourself...buy calipers or a handheld gadget...just do a search on bb.com and you'll find it.  Good luck with your goals...sounds like you're headed in the right direction.  -Shannon :)</description>
