One thing that annoys me…
Saturday, August 4th, 2007…is when you make a weight goal to reach and you start going to the gym, then you discover that the balance is liying to you, cause it seems you’re gaining weight, although you keep your diet or you eat less, you keep gaining weight. In my case the very first days i lost about 4 Lbs, but later i recovered them and gained 2 more, now after 2-3 weeks i’m losing about 0.5 lbs/day.
I suppose this is because at the very start you lose some fat and retained liquids, but then you start gaining muscular mass as you burn fat at the same time, although i spendĀ 90% of gym time doing cardio, you dont only burn fat but you gain muscle too. Now i think i’ve reached the max cardio muscle gain and i’m just burning fat, at least i see the results now in the balance.
One curious thing is when you gain weight but your measures are decreasing, but you cant be too sure of that cause you can measure bad yourself and then that isn’t real. I think the best way to be sure if you’re gaining or losing fat is the measurement of the body fat percentage, but i dont know where the hell it can be done…
