<p>I haven&#8217;t been on here much lately. I moved recently and was having some issues at work. I also don&#8217;t have the internet at my new place so I can&#8217;t get on at home. I will be out of training for about a week. I&#8217;m having lasik on Thursday which I am really excited about but sad that I won&#8217;t be able to go to the gym much (though I might try to squeeze in a session or two early!) Hope everyone is doing well!

I also lost an inch and half in the waist. This is really good because I was getting a little discouraged even though I was still working my butt off! What a difference diet makes.
