4 percent body fat!
Well, I hit my six week training period. My trainer ran all my measurements and body fat. I lost a little under 10 lbs and 4 percent body fat! I also lost an inch and half in the waist. This is really good because I was getting a little discouraged even though I was still working my butt off! What a difference diet makes. I can’t wait to see what the next six weeks brings. This makes me just want to work harder!
