I need a new diet…

Hey everyone, I’d really like to get a personalized diet. Does anyone know who I can contact? I just want to take the guess work out of it and let someone else tell me what to do. lol Sounds horrible but I do really well when someone else gives me guidelines. Thanks for the help!

Female Bodybuilding vs. Fitness

Ok, I have a question and please blame this on ignorance and the fact that I just don’t know. But how do some women get to bodybuilders and others fitness? Women who bodybuild tend to be bigger and I was under the impression that women do not have the chemical makeup to be that big. Is it chemically induced? Or are their diets and lifting just resulting in those kind of gains? I’m just wondering because I really have no idea. Thx! :)

So, I’ve been getting a little bored with my cardio lately. I decided to try HIIT. And omg, I think that is the most fun I’ve ever had doing cardio. lol That was a fast 30 minutes! I suggest anyone try it if they want to do something different. Have a great week! :)

160 Push Ups

So tonight at the gym I did 160 pushups, 240 jump squats, 128 dumbbell rows with20 lb weights. I also burnt 550 cals on the elliptical.. Funny part.. not even sore (not yet anyway, lol) and I feel great, like I could go out dancing.. I realize that I’m rambling now. :) Have a great Friday night!

4 percent body fat!

Well, I hit my six week training period. My trainer ran all my measurements and body fat. I lost a little under 10 lbs and 4 percent body fat! I also lost an inch and half in the waist. This is really good because I was getting a little discouraged even though I was still working my butt off! What a difference diet makes. I can’t wait to see what the next six weeks brings. This makes me just want to work harder! :)
