Back/Bicep Workout

Well, I was super tired. It turned into a crap week. I went to the dr and got bad test results bad.. yadi yadi yada.. I started a new routine. Lemme know what you think

Lying T-Bar Row (this was my first time using this.. it was a b*tch! lol)
