Well just left the doctor's office today. I do not need back surgery but I can never run for cardio again. I have to herneated disk's. So needless to say I have added a few pounds to my frame, half good half bad. I talked to pitmomma and she gave me some good advise, thanks pit much love too u. So I will talkmtoday off because my back is killing me, but tommorow is a new day and I am going to HIT IT LIKE NEVER BEFORE. So to the non beliver;s F**K OFF!! Will soon start to pic's on my site. Have to get a camera first.

Worked out today. Been a month and half since back surgery. MAN!!! Take about hubbeling, but like they say. You have to crawl be fore you can walk.

Had minor back surgery in October. feel ok. Have not done any real running. Doc. say's I cannot deadlift,squat,legpress or bent over row's. That real sux!!!!!. Take care of your back friends.

i hurt my back a couple of months ago. i could not run so i gained 10 more pounds. now i have to try and lose 30lbs by end of dec.
